Use Vital Bright Toner if you want to get an even tone and bright complexion 😍 The toner contains lemon extract, white mulberry extract, vitamin B3 (niacinamide) and hyaluronic acid, so it is suitable for all skin types, especially for hyperpigmented and dull skin. It should be used after cleansing step! The toner removes residual impurities and traces of make-up while balancing the pH. How to use
